Week 4, 2010 Chicago Marathon Training

What’s happening, good people?

I hope you are still at it chasing your goals and dreams because I know that I am. There is no rest for those that have things to accomplish. This week is week 4 four of my training and we are banging it out.

Last week ended with a 5 mile run, but that was all good cause the week was kind of a rest period. This week ends with a 9 mile run and every Saturday after that the distance is increased. Now is the time for those that are scared to bail out of the competition and let the grown ups come to the forefront.

Sure, this is going to be the toughest running schedule that I have ever endured, but endure it I will. There is no way that I will not hit my goal of finishing the 2010 Chicago Marathon and I am not going to let anything stand in my way.
