Greetings Good People, I am back with another update on my Chicago Marathon Journey. It has been a good week, but I had to make some changes.
The title or theme of this video is Flexibility because I had to make some adjustments to my training schedule if I wanted to stay in the game and stay on pace for making the Chicago 2010 Marathon.
As you may know, last week I got hurt during my training, foot injury. I pushed through it and kept running thinking I was just hurt. Well, turns out that I was injured and need to rest. Therefore, I took the week off from running and just rode the bike all week. Let me just say, the bike is serious business and cannot be taken lightly. It was a great substitute and I don’t think I missed too much by riding the bike.
